I’m Rosie Tighe, a creative and innovative thinker who is passionate about helping scholars – from students to seasoned professionals – get their work published, read, and cited.
I am a Fulbright Scholar, Bellagio Fellow, author of four books and dozens of journal articles and public-facing scholarship. I have served as a peer-reviewer for journals and conferences in urban planning, geography, sociology, economics, and political science.

Do you provide copyediting and proofreading services?
At this time, we only provide these services for scholars who are writing in Spanish and translating their work into English. We focus on development editing – helping scholars reimagine, refocus, and reorganize their work.
What are your fees?
Each project is unique and requires a different level of coaching or editing. We will work with you to identify a fair budget for your project.
Standard rates are $150/hour (discounts available for graduate students).
An article review is typically a 3-hour job, while manuscripts and longer form work will require more time.
Do you provide discounts to students or junior faculty?
Yes! We have a sliding scale fee structure that discounts our services for emerging scholars.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Normal turn-around time is 2-4 business days on each draft. This typically translates to 8-10 business days per doc. We do not work on weekends or holidays.
What payment methods do you accept?
Advance payment is required following our initial consultation. We accept the following forms of payment from clients:

- Wise
We can also work with you if you are using institutional funds.
